Program Description
THE A CIRCLE, INC. ("The A Circle," "we," "our," or "us") operates two separate SMS message programs. Users may opt in to either, both, or neither through two separate optional consent checkboxes on the SMS Opt-In Form described below.
The transactional and informational SMS program covers inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, discovery call confirmations, service updates, and customer support communications.
The marketing and promotional SMS program covers offers, retail planning updates, educational content, promotional resources, and engagement-related communications.
Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in through the dedicated SMS Opt-In Form described below. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from THE A CIRCLE, INC. through our dedicated SMS Opt-In Form located at https://www.theacircle.co/sms-opt-in.
The form includes two separate optional SMS consent checkboxes.
The transactional and informational SMS checkbox allows users to opt in to messages related to inquiries, appointments, discovery call confirmations, service updates, and customer support.
The marketing and promotional SMS checkbox allows users to opt in separately to offers, retail planning updates, educational content, promotional resources, and engagement-related communications.
Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. Checking either box is optional and is not required to submit the form or purchase services. Users may select one checkbox, both checkboxes, or neither checkbox.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with The A Circle. You may receive more messages during active periods such as following a form submission or around a scheduled appointment, and fewer messages during quieter periods.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The A Circle does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge for receiving or sending SMS.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
You may also contact us directly at info@theacircle.co to request removal from SMS communications.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, network coverage, and device settings.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

SMS Opt-In Records
SMS opt-in records are logged at the time someone submits a form on this website. The log includes the phone number provided, the timestamp of consent, the form URL, and the exact consent language shown at the time of submission. These records are retained for compliance with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
Consent is optional and not required for purchase
Consent to receive text messages is optional and not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The A Circle.
